Tabitha Nave, APRN-CNP, the sole provider here at Family First Clinic. Tabitha has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2017 and brings a strong background in both Emergency Medicine and Family Practice.
With extensive clinical experience and a patient-centered approach, Tabitha is dedicated to providing thorough, accessible, and evidence-based care for individuals and families in our community. Whether she’s managing acute concerns or supporting long-term health goals, Tabitha is committed to helping patients feel heard, informed, and well cared for.

Our LPNs support our provider with patient assessments, triage, medication administration, treatment coordination, as well as assisting with all in-clinic procedures. They help keep our clinic running smoothly while ensuring each patient feels heard, respected, and cared for.

Jessica brings 17 years of nursing experience to our team. In her role, she oversees daily clinical operations, supports our nursing staff, ensures compliance with clinic standards, and helps maintain efficient, high-quality patient care.
